Under the Weather

Please excuse my absence as our household has been a little under the weather.  My husband had eye surgery this past week and shortly after that the rest of the house came down with a not-so-nice bug.

I'm presently loaded up with drugs, have a box of Kleenex close at all times and the cough drops are piled up on the coffee table.  I hope to be back to posting a little later in the week.   

I think I will share a quick photo of Macy . . . we've noticed how much she has grown in the last two weeks.

This past weekend we had the absolute pleasure of bringing home our new family member, Macy!  She is an adorable eight week old King Charles Cavalier puppy.  We purchased her from a fabulous breeder her in San Diego called Maelynn Cavaliers, the owner is Tamra Martin.  I would highly recommend her if you are considering one of these special little furry friends.  I believe there may be one puppy left from this litter and she had another small litter of two arrive last night. 



Macy and I are adjusting to our new schedules and surroundings, it's truly like having a newborn in the house again.
